hey guys, odd question. I've never changed my tail light bulbs until now, well my brake light finally went out and as I went to open my trunk and pull the cover off to change it it wouldn't just pop out like my old civic. It looks like I have to use pliers or something and pull it off? I can't tell guys, can someone please explain this to me before I end up with a ticket for it? I can change my clutch but this has me stumped.

There are three nuts(on long studs) that must be removed with a 10mm deep-socket and ratchet. There should be plastic caps you can easily pop off to gain access to the nuts.

Okay I saw them but I wasn't sure. I popped them all off but it just looked so odd to me. Thank you
