When im driving thw celica up hill ive got major power loss in all gears and when starting out in first gear it doesnt accelerate past 20mph untill i reach 5000 rpm then 3500 in second and so on. Any advice or oppinions thanks.

Sounds like a possible clutch problem if the RPM's are getting that high and the car isn't moving. How many miles are on the car? How long have you had it? If the revs are climbing and the car isn't accelerating, it's a clutch issue. If the car simply won't rev, there's another issue.
