Sups guys,

I'm debating on getting some wheels for my '99 vert but I'm not too sure on how these would look.
I'm looking to get 17x8 BBS RS gold or silver wheels on my celica. Maybe 16x8 depending..

Does anybody happen to have any pictures of this?

Planning on getting some Tein S-Techs as well. A good drop for a daily driver doing 60 miles/day. biggrin.gif

Thanks in advance!

Remember seeing one on a black gt4. it looks clean. I'd say the mesh style rims looks best when the car is low. The bbs rs goes good with almost any car. As long as the car is LOW. I'd go with 16x8 if I were you unless you have skirts or lip then go with the 17x8.

Hmm I see.. What do you think about 15x8 et25?
Would that be too small? (Also thinking about the drop from the Tein's will only be a 1.4in drop in the front and 0.9in for the back..)

Thanks! Greatly appreciated! Do you happen to know the specs of his setup? Tires, springs, etc?

Any more pics on a red Celica perhaps?

By the looks of it those are coilovers. If you're going to be dropped on springs it won't look as low unless you either cut them (a bad idea) or use bigger wheels with slightly oversized tires (215/45/17, 225/40/18 for example)

From his profile, they're BC Racing Coilovers. It doesn't say tire size. His username is Mindone.

But that's the only one I specifically remember seeing with BBS RS wheels haha

Since you're on lowering springs. You should go with the 16x8 with 225/45 or 17s with 215/40.

haha I just googled bbs celica and this post came up, wanted to see if anyone other than me had bbs on their celica. My tyre size is 225/45/18 (i think will check) and the wheels them selves are 18x9.5 at the rear (bit of stretch) and 18x9 at the front, and yes correct I am sitting on BC Coilovers, I've lifted it up about 20mm front and back since that pic, as I have added some euro side skirts, some updated pics below : )
