My sunroof quit working right after a friend tried to open the sunroof with the shade closed. Now it will not slide open at all, and will open up only with the slide button. I got another sunroof motor at an pull-a-part the other day, I was wanting to know how do i adjust the motor to make sure everything is lined up right when i swap out motors.

Also picked up a couple of door panels but they have cracks on the boards on the backside, i was wondering what's the best way to fix those.

First thanks for the reply, did not thank any one would reply, lol. On the door panels, the wooden board on the back of the door panel is what is broken. One of my door panels the arm rest has a good crack in it, and some other places has problems. I will try to take some pics

Its been awhile since I've looked at door panels, but you might be able to push the cracks back into place then reinforce from the inside using fiberglass?

Absolutely use fiber glass. It'll adhere just fine to the back of the door panels and give a strong reinforcement. I went ahead and reinforced my driver's side door panel with fiberglass (right when I noticed it was weakening) and have never had an issue since using the fiberglass. I never did get around to the passenger side and the passenger side is already busted. The only crappy thing is that you'll never get the vinyl cover on the door panel to look the same again. It'll be as strong as can be though! If it's already busted, be sure to do the entire arm rest portion of the door panel.
