you can wash/clay bar/polish/wax the car..always helps to have a nice shine.
Plastidip nearly anything or everything on the car a color paint the trim build a CAI your imagination is the limit to this one... |

Grab a set of spats and paint and put them on yourself, grab a set of JDM tails and a 10mm socket and a screw driver set and put them on. Get a set of projectors and take off your front bumper and put them on, get a set of raiser blocks and install them yourself... there's a couple things you can do as far as exterior is concerned.

Yeah gauges are really cheap and simple to do, you could also swap the steering wheel.
