Tuner Evolution is proud to announce the date and new location for our 2013 event! This year the show will be held on Saturday, August 3 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks! This new all-indoor venue boasts over 150,000 sq. ft. of space, and close proximity to many major metropolitan cities and areas. Its location just outside of Philadelphia offers the benefits of hosting an event in a metro area, while providing attendees the convenience of a suburban setting.

The new location offers many benefits to all parties involved with the show. We are looking forward to our best event yet! As we get closer to the show season, we will be posting more information about the event. So mark your calendars! You don't want to miss Tuner Evolution 2013 as we invade Philadelphia!

Please check out the two videos below from last years show....

ATTN: ALL OWNERS & CLUBS

THIS YEAR ALL VEHICLES MUST BE SCREENED AND PRE-APPROVED BEFORE REGISTRATION CAN BE FULLY COMPLETED.

This will be a two-step process. Step One – Tuner Evolution will evaluate the quality of your vehicle and then notify you of your approval or denial. If you are approved, you will be instructed on how to complete Step Two (final registration and payment). Due to the overwhelming amount of applications, it may take several weeks for you to be notified.

If you fail to complete all of the steps, your registration will not be honored and you will not be admitted into the show. Register early to guarantee your spot! Please take your time and verify that all of your information is correct before submitting!

When submitting vehicle images, please do not submit instagram pictures or any phone screen shots. If you do, Tuner Evolution will NOT view them.

****Club/Team/Affiliation*****
It’s very important to provide the correct info of which Club/Team/Affiliation your apart of. If you’re apart of two different Club/Team/Affiliation, you will NOT be considered a member of either when your vehicle is judged the day of the show. There's is no way for Tuner Evolution to get around that and be fair to others.

Please click the link below to begin Step One of the Vehicle Registration Process….

Entrees for the Tuner Evolution DJ Battle are now being accepted. The DJ battle will be a "Redbull Thr3estyle" format battle incorporating technical skill, originality, and party rocking abilities. Please submit a quick (2 minutes or less) video via youtube or vimeo to chris@tuner-evolution.com that showcases your best abilities. Entrants that make it through the video audition will then be entered into a pool and will be selected by a lottery process to receive 1 of 8 slots in the main battle at the show on August 3rd, 2013 at the Philly Expo Center at Oak's. Winner will receive a cash prize to be determined.

So I would need to pay $45 to register my car in the show without guarantee of it actually making it in? And would it not be refunded if I dont make it in?

No....The process is clearly stated on the Vehicle Registration page located here http://tuner-evolution.com/blog/vehicle-registration and here is the wording pulled directly off of it....

"This will be a two-step process. Step one, submit the form below. We will evaluate the quality of your vehicle and then notify you of your approval or denial. If you are approved, you will be instructed on how to complete step two (final registration and payment)."

The BLACK VIP car show hosted by Luxury Abstract and Liberty VIP, was originally created to bring like-minded car enthusiasts together once a year to celebrate the unique culture that is VIP style. It was the first of its kind in North America and drew inspiration from the Japanese events such as the "King of Sedan." Since the first show in 2010 the scene as well as the show has shown tremendous growth. It is open to not just aggressively lowered sedans but all modified luxury as well as the vanning and k-car community. It all goes hand in hand with the style. People have traveled great distances to attend the previous events and this year should be no different.

BLACK VIP plans to do it even bigger by holding the event in conjunction with Tuner Evolution in an indoor facility, the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center on August 3rd. The two events will be held at the same time in separate sections but one admission is good for both. Whether you are there to see the baddest VIP/Luxury cars on this side of the country or the hottest tuner cars out there, there will be something for you to all enjoy at this event.
