Ah, I guess you mean the engine. It looks like the 2nd gen 3S-GTE.

Sweet now that I got that figured out how does he have the 3rd gen ecu wired up to this engine -_- and the safc2 running the car.

2nd gen 3sgte owners usually switch to 3rd gen electronics so they can remove the restrictive MAF sensor.
The wiring from the maf sensor can easily be converted to use for the sensors you need to switch to map.
