Do neither one of my back windows wud operator so I pulled the switch and took them apart and cleaned all the connectors with an easer and put connecting grease for conduction in them.
Passenger side bank window goes down and up, but back drivers window will only go down.
The motor doesn't sound like its running until I press down.
Any ideas on what to try next?
Check each wire?
Thanks for the help

happened to me as well, bad switch had to replace it. make sure you give your vin number when ordering from the dealer as the drivers side switch is different then the passenger side and is also different from year to year and on the 96 model different from production months.

while your holding the switch in the up position, tap the switch with a screwdriver or even your finger... it should make enough contact to get the window up

I will give that a shot as soon as I get home tonight.
Hope it works.
Any idea of where to order one from online?
Reasonable price?

I ordered mine from Aaron at Conicelli Toyota in PA, but alas Aaron no longer works there. The best bet is to Conicelli Toyota ask for Derek or Sam at the parts dept. and let them know you are a 6GC member and have your vin ready to make sure they get the correct switch, pay by CC and they will ship next day. Mine arrived rather quickly if memory serves, I've ordered several parts from them in the past and they keep a file with my vin on hand when I need something.

Hope this info helps smile.gif
