I have a 94 gt that when I start car it has a rough idle then shuts off after a minute or two. Also gettin a **** load of black smoke coming out the exhaust. I know it's a oil leak from rear main ot vavle seals but my main worry is driving to work everyday and it not turning off at a stoplight. All advice is appreciated!

Engine rebuild or engine swap. Basically a bad engine is my guess.

Its best to just get another car and have this as a project car. Save up money and get started on the engine swap.

Black smoke would be fuel, oil smoke is blue. Try cleaning the IACV and go from there.

Got idle problem fixed but w hen I let my car sit over night need to give the car gas to start. Just wondering if that is due to fuel filter or pump?
