Got my new tail lights in the mail yesterday, and I'm not really sure about which one of them I should go with. What do you think?

They are both nice, but I would stick with the originals on your car since the clear indicators pick up on the light highlights on your car with the silver wheels and clear side repeaters -------------------- SOLD :( 1997 ST204 Celica ZR -----> See it here on 6GC! 2013 October Celica of the Month XD Now: '00 NB8B Mazda MX5 -----> See it here in off topic! |

Hmm... I think it looks quite nice with the contrast with dark all red tail lights on such a bright colored car like mine... I don't know... Maybe put some nite shade on them or something... I don't know

I'd use window tint. That way it's glossy and looks good, not cloudy and looks bad. A single layer of 50 should do it.

A hairdryer set on the hottest setting should suffice.

Tried it already when I tried to tint my rear window, but a bit problem with my GF's hairdryer... It overheats in about 20 seconds If it overheats after 20 seconds of use it's broken. Either fix this one(I hope you are not blocking it's exit due to blowing close to objects), buy a heatgun or make a nice present to your girl with a new hairdryer. What happened to the audi idea? -------------------- |

Maybe a present to her would be nice The Audi idea still stands but need to think about what I should use as lighting... LED's, neon tubes, EL Wire etc. What gives me the best light, can I use them for driving and brake lights and more. Been at work most of my days now, so haven't been thinking to hard on that yet. Got some ideas though ^^ -------------------- |

Did this to mine
Looks better than stock because of the amber and black delete but I think jdms look better without tinting. |
