Celica Club UK for sale section, they come up on a semi-regular basis but you'll want to be checking daily for when they do  otherwise the breakers yards get them through a reasonable amount too. And of course keep your eye on eBay.

I think RPM Garage has the front splitters for about 145 dollars.
