well I was driving steadily on the motorway at about 70mph and all of a sudden its like someone is playing with my throttle, I get a sudden drop in power for a split second then the power is back. feels really weird like a kerking feel.
Does anyone know what the problem might be or has anyone had the same problem. many thanks |

could be a plug in your exaust. if you exaust is old and rusted or just a ****ty muffler, pieces of metal inside the muffler break off and restrict the flow of exhaust here and there. If this is the problem, it'll happen more then once.

I need more info. Here's a start. It almost sounds like you are running off of 3 cylinders. Sometimes plug wires go bad. When your car is running and acting like this, lift your hood and remove a plug wire. The car should about stall. Plug the wire back in quickly. If you remove a plug wire and you see no change, that cylinder is not firing or not getting fuel. Could be the plug, plug wire or injector. Inspect your plug wires first.
