95 gt with a 2nd Gen 3sgte out of a st185

Car was doing the same thing rite after I brought it back from a shop (didnt do anything, I was there discussing options for performance...so much for that)
Firstly I changed all the ignition parts, new wires plugs cap and rotor, didnt solve anything.

Start up requires me to press the accelerator and play around with it,
Then when it starts it reading too lean and wants to die off. If I keep pressing the accelerator and keep it at 2k+ rpms until it warms up I noticed it was rich then...

Tried to drive it but it just jerks even when I keep the throttle steady and reads towards the end of Stioch and towards rich

I read something about the afm adjustment screw
Any suggestions?

Sounds like perhaps temperature or airflow sensors could be off?

i think i figured it out, the cel wasnt on because the bulb was out, i replaced that and checked for codes:
21, 24, and 31

so afm is probably bad.
im looking to buy one here and other forums, but whoever send me pictures, they have a different connection, can somebody please confirm if this is what its suppose to look like?

the afm is 7pin, but the harness only has 4, one seller asked me if i have a 5pin or 7pin. so this is confussing me.
