3sge 3d gen Options

hello everyone I need some advice im going to check out this 3sge near my house locally and the guy basically told me over the phone hes trying to get rid of it no 1 checked it out he has it sitting at his facility he told me im welcome to stop by check it out and give him any offers so this looks like a good deal if I can negotiate so over the pictures I do see the crank pulled damaged so please let me know what you think and what I might need to swap it into my 1999 Toyota celica gt California 5sfe.

please review it how does the wiring and all the sensors look what parts is it missing what do I need? how much does it cost?
does the crank pulley use the same as a 5sfe? or a 2nd gen mr2 3sgte that I could just purchase from Toyota I am a Toyota tech I get 50% so maybe I can get some parts like timing belt water pump etc.?
