 Muffler tip advice |

Recently removed my rear bumper reinforcement bar due to some rust from condensation from muffler tip apparently. The tip is factory, and is tack welded on at 4 spots. I think I can get it off using a long thin hack-saw blade, but was wondering if there is such a thing as a larger longer muffler tip I could just put over the existing one? I need a longer tip anyway so the condensation from the exhaust does not rust out the bar over time. Thanks.
