Just go online and click the tab that says travel and transport>legendary transport. There you should see it.

 Though you have to be a member of the Rock Star Social Club in order to get the Elegy.

The Beach Bum Update and version 1.06 was today. I like the Bifta, can't decide if I want to get rid of my Rebel in order to make room for it though.

Oh, for those wanting the Rebel you can now buy the rusty version online for $3,000. There's also the Bodhi and the Dune Buggy along with a few others now available for purchase.

That and races are ruined now.... So the only thing to do is grind missions now for decent money and experience.

Havn't played GTA in so long now, been watching my mate who just got a PS3 + 15games (Inc GTAV) for $250.
He fails so hard at the moment till he gets the hang of it xD my attention has been diverted to Battelfield 4, PC, Ultra settings.... So let's say you do Route 68 which in the Super class is about 2 minutes, you get like 650 RP and pocket change for first now... I've decided not to get this game. I'm diverted to battlefield. Gtav is fun but only when you have people on your map or you have friends who plays it. Lol.

I stopped playing because they want your money. Cash cards is their game, period. Pain in the ass to gain rep now and money.
