Hey all i have a 1990 celica with 1990 manual transmission will the 1994 passenger side cv shaft fit and work in my car ?

No, the sixth gen axle is longer by a few mm.

a few mm might not be a problem, give it a try If the 5GC axle is too short for a 6GC then I don't see how the other way around would function. I was accidentally given a 5GC axle to install and the CV joints were stretched to hell by the time it was inserted into the transmission and slid into the hub.
