I'm thinking of getting the timing belt serviced, but am unsure whether I can just buy the belt itself and get that replaced, or whether I should get the tensioner kit as well?

Already there, might as well replace the tensioners too. Full kit is under $40 on Rock Auto.

Keep in mind that the old tensioner can go bad and snap your new timing belt. |
