I hate when it snows because all of the bad drivers in the world come out. Whether there an accumulation on the ground or not old people feel the need to go 5. Even worse is that people feel that if they have 4wd nothing can stop them so they go 100. Somebody in a Camry decided that in 1.5" of snow could go 55. Nowing better I was following in some tire tracks in the left lane going 35. They decided they could pass me with no tracks whatsoever. So of course they get beside me and can't control their car. So I end up getting run off the road because they were idiots. mad.gif Of course when they saw me lose control they took off so now I have to pay to fix the dent in my passenger door.

It happens, good side of snow is that open parking lots become very enjoyable.

I didn't realize just how icy it was yesterday, it was 4:00 PM..., anyway I fishtailed like crazy but was able to get my car under control within about 10 feet. I was making a left turn and when I got my car under control I was actually exactly where I wanted to be.

That happened to me on dry ground. I drifted around a corner and didnt notice untill i felt my car over steering. I corrected it and went home happy as hell, knowing that i had took a corner w/o trying.

I go to college in Lincoln, Ne and around my campus we got dumped on with 11 inches of snow, it snowed actually iced saturday night, then sunday morning it started snowing and didn't quit untill monday at 4 in the afternoon. The warmest it has been in the last 3 days is 3 degress, and with the windchil that still ended up being 15-20 degress below zero.
