Sound goes from 0:30 - 0:36
Sorry the phone fell when I started the engine but you can still hear the noise. Trust me, it is much louder than it seems on this video.

It only happens when it's below -10 Celsius.
This is the worst it's ever been, the colder it is the longer the noise stays.
I took the video today as it's cold as **** (-30 Celsius)

Any idea? At first I thought it was the alternator belt.. but seems not.
Then maybe a bearing as it seemed more like something is grinding.

But now I believe it would be the starter not disengaging or something like that? :S
How bad could it be? Can it cause any damage if I don't do something real quick?
I'm planning to get a winter beater soon cause I'm sick driving the car in the winter, it's its first months of winter and it'll be its last also. I hate taking it out in the winter.

To me it sounds like your power steering pump whining. Mine does the same thing when its extremely cold out but goes away fairly quickly.
When you first start the car next time try turning the wheel and see if it makes the same noise.

Well, the sound occurs everytime, but it does not do it after that whether I turn the steering wheel or not.
It's really hard to turn though (Wheel is stiff), even for a few minutes after I drove off. Which is pretty normal IMO at this temperature as the oil is still cold.
