So today i cleaned my throttle body and needless to say it was pretty caked up on the back side and in the intake manifold so i cleaned what i could really well, after putting everything together one of the 4, 12mm bolts holding the throttle body to the manifold snapped clean in half, so only 3 bolts are holding my throttle body right now, my question is do you think they'll be ok or should I be expecting some vacuum leaks?

Go get another bolt from the hardware store. The uneven torque isnt good, even for aluminum parts

Yeah i figured that much thankfully half the bolt is still exposed so I wont have to drill and tap it
