We'll see the forum pick back up a little in 2019 when GT4's start coming into the States. Until then, it's just us.

I always refer people to search the forum(s) or google whenever they ask about something on Facebook and it's already been done.
Most say "I can't find anything" then it takes me a 1 minute to search this or alltrac.net and find what they need. So lazy. |

I hate social media. Though I can somewhat understand it over forums as it's convenient if you're into social media already anyway, and it's probably easier to get local groups together as well. I don't think forums will die out completely as there're a lot of things it'd be difficult or inconvenient trying to use some form of social media layout. I think the biggest issue, and with car forums dedicated to older models specifically, is that everything has already been done a million times. Then when someone new posts asking about whatever the few still around are like "USE SEARCH BAR" or "GOOGLE IT". that's exactly the problem. not us telling people to use the search or google. but people blatantly being ignorant and just asking simple questions that with 2 seconds they can find themselves. 6gc on facebook isn't too bad but other pages are filled with "which ebay intake should i buy?" everyday. I always refer people to search the forum(s) or google whenever they ask about something on Facebook and it's already been done. Most say "I can't find anything" then it takes me a 1 minute to search this or alltrac.net and find what they need. So lazy. same here. i still find it funny that everyone's excuse is always, "I can't figure out how to use the forums, so that's why I ask on facebook." it's not that hard. everything's sectioned off into it's rightful place. exterior, interior, turbo, na etc. hahaha. -------------------- *1997 Celica ST - 3SGE Greytop BEAMS *1977 Celica RA29 - Classic Cruiser *2005 Matrix AWD - dedded but still hanging around like a ghost 2019 Rav4 XLE Premium - Sports mode is fun. |

Meh, it's not like we don't have anything else to do around here.
Also wouldn't there be a new forum for said new GT-Four? -------------------- 2001 Miata LS 5-speed

Ohhh yeah, misread him after going without sleep. For some reason I put new and possibly into his sentence, then again I looked through the SFR topic right before and that could be why.
