It should be as long as its coming from the same type of motor I know that parts from the toyota corolla dx fit the 7Afe motor since I have a st model not sure of the 2.2 gt but it should be the same the one thing I noticed with mechanics is that most of the time they don't wanna replace the 2 oxygen sensor since its quiet a bit of work to get to it. Just to unplug the sensor you have too remove the passenger seat and I guess its to much work for them lol I did it my self and after getting it done no need to replace catalyst

I doubt it since the GT and ST use a different size exhaust, but it's possible. I'll have a look on ToyoDIY later.

GT:
09/1993-11/1997: 18450-74450 12/1997-1999: 18450-74680 ST: All Cali spec: 18450-01090 18450-01110 18450-16670 18450-16680 So in short, not compatible. The parts diagram shows them looking very different as well. This is a '98 GT compared to a '97 ST. -------------------- "Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings, so that you shall gain easily what others labored hard for." -Socrates.
