Hey everyone. Just purchased my first Celica. A 96 GT Convertible in very good condition. Only issue is the rear quarter windows as the rollers have broken on the left side. Right side is still functioning and I took it apart to clean it up and see how it actually goes together. Pretty lengthy job. Toyota has discontinued the left side sub-assembly that holds the rollers and Ebay does not have the part, only aftermarket rollers that require machining the current window plate assembly. I also contacted over a dozen salvage yards and none of them have that part. Any advice? Thanks.

Toyota really likes to reuse the same parts over and over, it's possible and likely that the front rollers are the same or that rollers from another model are the same. What kind of machining was needed?
