Any tips how to seal the distributor housing? I placed an OEM O-ring (on the part going into under the valve cover), did everything as the book says - leaking!
Any proven advise? Non-OEM? Put something on it? Anything?
Thanks!

There is supposed to be some FIPG around the corners of the halfmoon hump where the valve cover gasket touches the distributor collar. I think FIPG actually goes between the collar and the head as well.

I would suggest installing the distributor with the valve cover removed and the two bolts on the collar/bracket loosened, that way you know you arent pinching the oring while inserting the distributor.
