 Toms lip, Toms lip on a preface bumper??? |

For the people who have a Toms lip on a preface bumper. Do u need to take off the bumper to install the lip? Also there are some point where it contacts the front area?

You dont need to take off the bumper. Its just lil tabs that goes under your bumper. The piece that goes into the grill will snap in into place and hold itself there.
