Up for sale is one very rare set of h-beam rods for the 5S-FE.

They have been machined to fit perfectly on the 5S-FE crankshaft (honed bores for proper oil clearance, lightly milled big end bore faces for better side clearance), and are compatible with 5S-FE, 3S-GTE, or 300ZX pistons. I paid $550 shipped for these new(shipping from HK to PR was pretty expensive), plus $150 worth of machining for a perfect fit. They were also balanced to within 0.4grams, which was an extra $10 per rod.

Asking price is $420+stock rods, you pay shipping my way, I pay shipping your way.

I can also include a brand new set of NPR .020" over (87.5mm) pistons and rings for $500 total shipped if desired.

Here's a pic against stockers for comparison:

Reason for selling is I was going to do a 5S-GTE but I've decided against it for $$$ reasons. They have less than a thousand miles on them.

Yeah, they are cast. They have a lot of claims about it being an improved design (and I can see how, comparing stock vs these side by side) but in terms of strength they're probably just as strong (or weak depending on how you wanna look at it) as stockers.
