Ok, a kit is available. I got stuck on the pin removal. Which side to strike - they both look the same thickness? And it does not come out, does not move at all! How to do it? Please share in detail this part of the procedure. The rest seems to quite simple.

Getting that pin out is a huge pain. I don't think it matters which side you strike it on. You will need a good quality punch and something like a 5lb hammer, and a lot of patience. Doesn't hurt to spray some wd40 in there too.
