so I decided to run my scanner on my car as I do every so often, CEL wasn't on but a code was stored, P0770 say's that a shift solenoid is malfunctioning but since the MIL isn't on that would mean it only happened for a moment and didn't see it as a problem to turn the CEL but I have noticed a few times my car felt like it slipped at freeway speed, as if power wasn't getting to the wheels but only for a moment, So i checked the ATF levels on a leveled surface and they're good so any ideas?

Could just be age, automatics slip by design and over time the bands will wear away until there's nothing to grab. You might try using one of the stop slip additives out there, more or less they just make the fluid thicker so the bands can start grabbing better. Being you've noticed it in the early stages you should be good for the remaining life of the vehicle provided you don't romp on it. Some newer automatics will actually move the bands as they wear away, so that they'll last longer. It's just inevitable though.
