hey so when i got my car the struts were stop so i got brand now struts from the dealer and then not to long after that i got some no name ebay brand lowering springs and then after about 9-10k miles anytime i hit the smallest bump it sounds like I'm not using a spring at all. any ideas ? and just standing still if u push down on the car theres squeaking coming from that location so if u have any ideas let me know please

Ebay springs are your first problem.
What do you mean by "Sound like im not using a spring" ?
Squeaking could also me something unrelated as well.

Crawl under it and have a buddy push down it it till you locate the squeak, just dont thump yourself in the head. The control arm bushings, sway bar bracket bushings and strut would be the most likely culprits for squeaking.

it sounds like the springs just aren't doing anything from the smallest hole theres a really loud bang

When you put the new springs in, did you replace all the rubbers and such for it? Including the top bearing? If not, I'd start there, depress the spring, throw some heavy grease on the areas, see if it stops or changes sounds, or just replace those items, they are cheap, and you won't have to worry about a random noise.

If the car bounces instead of returns to stance quickly, your strut is blown.

damn man it does bounce i guess ill just get new shocks and just stock springs

Try some KYB GR2s, they are lifetime warrantied up to a 1.5 drop.

They are a direct replacement to what we have. The front will be a insert cart, vs the oil filed that is currently in there if you have OEM. It can be a bit of a pain to get the cap off to remove the strut assembly, but I used a pipe wrench with some success for the few times I've done them on Celicas.

For springs, don't bother with stock if you want that drop. Get some eibach sportlines, they drop that 1.5 front and rear, good stance, and it works well for daily commutes. There are some others out there, but I'm only speaking from what I've used.

Do both sides, spend the dough, it'll be much better in the end. This is a fairly good priced route as well, can probally accomplish it all for less than 500 for the fronts and rear. Just replace as many of those rubbers as you can, and lube the hell outa everything. You'll enjoy it!

Im running KYB 2GRs and Sportline springs. If your going to drop it you need a proper strut, the oem wasnt designed for it.

+2 on KYB GR2's, and the fact that your struts are blown.
I'd also recommend getting new springs, as those ebay ones are pretty brutal.

Wish the front springs were different though. The rears appear to be dual rate but the front sportlines are normally wound, so the front tends to bottom out easy

Replacing struts, springs will also most likely require to install new strut mounts and still your car will bottom out in some occasions.
My thought is to replace the OEM struts with a good coilover like BC, I know there is a difference in the price tag but I have installed TEIN S tech springs,
with monroe struts (I bought them used though from a friend but there was on his celi for about a month and the car was not his daily driver, he then
install TEIN coilover suspension and sold them to me very cheap anw...) still I m not happy at all, if the price was not apealing, I would had installed coilovers too.
And the stance would be a lot better, the front looks a bit higher than the rear I just hate that I can't do nothing with this, and the front tents to bottom, quite often.
If you want to keep the car and spend money on it, take more time and read more threads about this subject before spending money.

The rear sits higher than the front? Are you sure you installed them properly then, because I have Tien Stech on KYB GR-2's, and the fron sits lower than the rear as it should.
Also, I rarely have issues with bottoming out, only on really harsh bumps. You may have this because you're running cheap struts.

Oem suspension mine sat higher in the front. With the Sportlines its pretty even.

I wonder if GT/ST has an effect on this since the GT is slightly heavier on the front axles. I have a GT and I wondered how big a difference the weight would make if I had the 7afe. Then again I guess transmission makes a difference too. GT Auto must be the heaviest but is the GT 5spd really heavier than the ST automatic?

Actually it sits evenly with a slight more high at the front, my shocks are not that cheap, Monroe is quite good company, not as good as KYB but, decent.
Front is higher for about 1-2cm higher than rear especially at the left side (mine is RHD), and there is nothing I can do about it, the same issue I had with the strut springs I
had before (stock shocks with apex springs)! Maybe is not that big deal but I am demanding with look! And I believe is better to feel confident with the car,
most of the time I watch as I m driving for harsh holes not to bottom out (not very often though), it sounds like the shocks trying to escape through the engine bay, I hate it.
I just like a car that drives as good as it looks, I thought at first that old struts was the issue but then after replacing with those I just realized that wasn't the solution.

On my sportlines, which went on both my ST and GT, the rear was always slightly higher than the front.

Slamming was possible, but you had to ask for it. Basically pulling into a business to fast. Large curbs in some areas.
