No low ligths.... I've check all fuses/ relay and all are in good shape.... Back ligth and instrumental panel ligths up normal.... Battery I think is Ok!! Anyone has this problem?? Almost one year ago I've swap ligth switch from a 96 (the one with the fog ligths switch)

They normally don't both blow at the same time but it has happened to me before on other cars. Have you checked the bulbs themselves

I would start at the switch, maybe a connection or something came loose.
I doubt bouth bulbs blew at ones, but it wouldn't hurt to check that too

Bulbs are in good shape!!! If I pull for high ligths the 4 ligths turns on.... So bulbs is not the cause!! I've change the relay and same diagnosis!!

The highlights bringing on all 4 indicate that its not the wiring between the relays and the bulbs. So now that, thats eliminated you know its either the wiring between the switch to the relay, or the wiring between power to the switch. Then again, it could be the switch assembly, try your old one and check the results to see if they come on with two turns back, and then stay on with the highlights.
