Negative Review for japukspares, Never Received my item/refund. Options

I've been waiting for my parts from japukspares for little over 6 months now and he finally replied about a week or so ago saying he was going to send me parts and still have yet to getting a tracking number or a message saying, "Hey I finally sent out your parts." And it's not like I was asking for anything that's a pain to ship... It's for a cigarette lighter, boot light housing to actually put the bulb in, and some damn sun visors because mine dry rotted and broke off on the passenger side and the driver side on is sagging pretty bad.. I will definitely won't be buying from again because of this whole ordeal, which is weird because from everyone that I've asked about him on here and his reviews he seemed like a good selling like The_End or Vincent_Doggy. I guess it makes feel a little bit better that I'm not the only one that's had a problem with him I guess, means I'm not alone haha.

Yeah he said he's finally sent my parts out 7 days ago and they should be arriving any time now.

Highly disapointed. I've been waiting for almost 4 months now. I was told the package was send 2 weeks ago, but I never received a tracking number for it... I have people waiting because I have nothing to work on... Not to mention he hasn't logged in almost 4 days.....

I just hope the admins from the 6gc.net site dont allow him to try and sell anything anymore bc there is one to many people in this situation and its just not fare for us to have to deal with people like this. In that case then he needs to go to amazon or ebay and dopeople dirty there.

Sorry bro. But if i was you i wouls check with paypal and see if you could get your money back that way or with your bank, just a tthought i hope you get what is yours.

Well On Aug. 26 he told me my parts should arrive within the next week or so. Well its been 2 weeks, going to 3 and still nothing. I initially asked for a tracking number, which I never got. So now I am not sure whether the parts were sent out or not. I am aware he's across the globe and parts won't arrive in a instant but a tracking number would make me feel more comfortable knowing my parts is on its way. I just hope my time isn't wasted again. I hate bashing on people but this is getting ridiculous.

I have been sitting back and watching this thread, hoping Dan would make his issues right. Often times, life gets in the way of selling and shipping, and other times a thread like this calling someone out is enough to get them moving and get them to solve their issues. I have watched Dan's replies and given him the benefit of the doubt long enough. He has had more than enough time to get his affairs in order and has chosen not to do so. All of his FS thread have been locked and as of right now, he is not banned. He has one last chance to reply to this thread and PM anybody that he has issues with, although at this point I fear nobody will see their parts or a refund. He will be banned when all parties here decide they are finished dealing with him.

Please continue to post all PM's here so myself and the other mods can be informed of his promises to refund and/or send parts.

He has had exactly the same issues on NewCelica as well as here.

Sorry, when I said "lost" my dog, I meant that she has died.

I have a problem using fedex at the moment as they aren't collecting from my region for the near future for some reason.

I am trying to find a new courier that does good prices.

This is why I am having to refund at the moment.

So the parts you send a few weeks ago are missing? Did they not reply to their e-mails, with my tracking number?

Trakpak were useless via email.

I am still in contact with them at the moment. They still say that teh goods are in transport.

I will let you know any progress with them.

I was really hopeful that this would turn out well, as he gets parts I can't find anywhere but it looks like he's done here. What a shame.
