Yay sporty driving parts! I miss Engrish in my car owning experience.

It helps when they give you control of the label maker/shipping program. smile.gif lol

Hmm, painted your rims? redface.gif

I like the colour, thinking about doing my sawblades' centers like that and then polishing out the lip.

Indeed, finally painted them. I only left them chrome for this long because there's a part of me that still cares what other Supra owners think. But 99% of my doesn't really care what they think, plus I hate chrome, plus they are curb rashes and corroded beyond ever possibly looking decent. They're an ugly wheel from the factory and being chrome didn't help at all. So I got some sandpaper and bondo and started the repair work.

Then literally by this point I decided I didn't even care about doing the bondo. I'm not after perfection, just... less ugly. I did smooth out the curb rash but did not bondo them at all. I would have if I hadn't run out of time in the day to have the tires dismounted but decided since the tires were still on and it's just rattlecan paint, this will be good enough. (Translated: I ran out of f***s to give.)

While I was at it, I finished my caliper rebuild work. Didn't take many pictures but these two pictures speak for themselves. Here's a friendly reminder to flush your brake fluid regularly.

Haven't driven it to test the results yet, but I'll just assume it's better. Hopefully a decent set of pictures will come soon. The graphite wheels match the tail lights perfectly, but I haven't moved the car from the garage to get a decent picture. I have a personal goal to have my suspension finished before August as well.

100x better than the chrome! Personally if it's made past 1974 or so chrome doesn't belong on it, with very few exceptions. Meh, if I gave 10 ****s about what most F-body owners thought I wouldn't have bought a hardtop car with a manual and definitely wouldn't have put on C4 sawblades. I think your car would look good with some mesh or some of the multi-spoke rims out there, I'm not wild about 5-spokes on muscle cars much less tuner cars. Not that most don't look good, they're just so overdone.

Front end lowered, all brakes rebuilt, stainless lines installed. I'll slowly start working on suspension in the upcoming months. That's all for now though. A friend of mine just picked up a hardtop TT 6 swapped car so I'll likely be helping him with his car for a while.

Needs JDM side markers so I can steal them at the next meet. Also those wheels look hella tuck now that they're darker, as bad as my Mazda 626 with Mazda6 wheels!

Yeah, Jordan's new car is a '95 hardtop. I personally prefer the targa but his is 100 lbs lighter and much stiffer.

Needs no sidemarkers whatsoever, but I'll eventually swap to JDM sidemarkers. I've never looked into them until Alex sent me a link to an eBay ad... I will find it very hard to part with my money for some plastic pieces that still don't look good on the side of the car.

You need one. Bad. It makes it hard to want to continue on the Celica. But I've still got plans for both cars. wink.gif

I hate T-tops on F-bodies of all cars, so of course I'm going to hate T-tops or targas on imports. Leaks, rattles, heavier, and increased body flex; I fail to see the appeal. tongue.gif
