the blue accents really pop out at you. I can't seem to get away from that theme. :\ Did some work on the Supra today to try and get it cleaned up and pieced together. Did most of it by myself in about a 4 hour time span. Thankfully my friend left his Supra so that I could use it as a reference to see where things went. Unfortunately, I didn't take pics of my progress as I was trying to make the most of my time. I sorted through most of this junk though to see what I had to fiddle with and clean up. I was able to install my hood struts, sand, clean & paint my exterior plastic trims, install 3rd brake light, hatch bump stops, and antenna, and ran the harnesses for the tail lamps and license plate lights. Hoping to tackle more next weekend. -------------------- -Alex {](O_o)[}

Side by side it's easy to see how much better the new paint colour is. Plus it made your car stand out from the rest, talk about taking lemons and making lemonade.

http://montgomery.craigslist.org/cto/5404722314.html Don't know why the one in Montgomery didn't pull the other day when I looked, but the Huntsville one was listed just a few hours ago. I'm leaning towards the Montgomery one since it has the BBS rims and doesn't have tacky tail lights or a style bar... -------------------- 2001 Miata LS 5-speed

Quick release bumpers? Would be nice to have, but not necessary. Bumpers are held on right now with a couple of clips due to limited garage space. today im so frustrated with other forums. only forum i like is this one and 1stgencelica, it sucks to see how other forums have died. no information shared, and only sharks in there... end rant Is CelicaTech still up? I tried to swing by there the other day, but the page wouldn't load. -------------------- -Alex {](O_o)[}

Where was I... Oh yeah, I think I might go for that black Miata in Montgomery. Really would like a 4th gen F-body, but I bet it'll be like last time and it could be months before a manual one is listed. Being if I got another Miata black with the hardtop would be my top choice right behind the '94 M-Edition that's Montego Blue, I'd hate to pass on it holding out for a car that could take ages to show up. -------------------- 2001 Miata LS 5-speed

Went to message the one in Montgomery yesterday but something caught my eye first, it's hard to tell from the picture but it looks like the driver side front was hit at some point. The inside of the driver fender looks like another colour or rust? and the VIN sticker is missing. I also noticed the gap between the headlight door and fender seem off.

So I just finished my daily car search, and apparently there's a 1997 30th Anniversary Camaro with the T56 for sale about 40 miles from me. Part of me is like the Firebird and the Camaro are practically the same car by this point, but at the same time they aren't. I know it's silly but I really prefer the Firebird over the Camaro, though I wouldn't want to pass up a Camaro with the T56 and then not find a Firebird in a reasonable time frame. I will need to call for more information, but I'll wait until tomorrow as it'd be a bit rude at this hour.

Yeah, I've decided I'm going to call tomorrow afternoon about it. It's not like the second and first gen where there's any notable mechanical difference, it's just a matter of aesthetics in the third and fourth gens. It's not like the Camaro looks terrible or that I dislike it, I just rather have a Firebird. Meh, it's not like I'll really be able to tell the difference sitting in it driving it anyway.

Today I got to my car and found a 6gc parked next to me. I think it's a sign that i should come back. I'm pretty sure it's someone on here. It's a convertible with projectors and a gt-four front end conversion. For some reason it makes my FR-S look big. I've seen this guy on Facebook groups before, think his name is Sean Mah. It's got a gen 2 3S I think too -------------------- 2007 Impreza 2.5i - Daily

10th Anniversary Miata: http://gadsden.craigslist.org/cto/5429819088.html
Though I've read where the 5-speed is preferable over the 6-speed for a variety of reasons. Looks mostly stock outside of the rims and K&N? intake, seems to be in good shape despite the relatively high mileage. -------------------- 2001 Miata LS 5-speed
