Migraines, I don't suggest them to anyone...

As far as music goes I listen to most anything from Classical up until the 1980's, the only newer stuff I listen to is from Dream Theater or is Japanese. Wide eclectic mix with a distinct cutoff point and a few loopholes I suppose.

K, rap it is! Nah I got some flac lossless rips of Ledd Zep I'll toss on if I remember. I got all the CnC games working except RA2 since it's not freeware. Any FF games that are freeware I can toss on for you?

Popped a door sill on, I like it. Pardon the potato quality photo, bad lighting in the garage. I'll get a better shot outside sometime.

Mostly classic rock for me with very little rap. Some 80's, 90's modern snd electric thrown in there too.

Just like the person above me said, mostly classic rock. Pink Floyd, Queen, Led Zeppelin, you name it!
Some rap, too! Kendrick Lamar is probably my favorite right now. His new album is on fire!

80's rap is ok; back when it had a positive message and wasn't about degrading women, doing drugs, or shooting each other. As far as I know all Final Fantasy games are still licensed and sold, though that doesn't mean someone hasn't tried sharing one. Door sill looks good, really enhances the experience as you're contorting yourself to get into the seat without rubbing against the side bolster.

My brother most always listens to rap because I guess you would with a 1200W RMS subwoofer, I can't stand it. For one everything rattling and not being able hear what's around me, but a lot of it is in just poor taste. Like really, couldn't think of anything else but to degrade women or yell the N-word 200 times? rolleyes.gif

Pretty much. I guess he hasn't heard that there's other bass heavy music that doesn't sound like a big long rattle fart with obscenities?

I guess not. laugh.gif That or it's not bass heavy enough for him, I don't know. That's ok I keep telling him to raise his god damn car but he insists on scraping everywhere instead because it looks cool... At least he's allegedly against stance, but the 2° of camber in the front and 2.5° in the rear because it has to tuck tire to look cool says otherwise somewhat. Like even if I had coil-overs on a car I'd still want at least a finger's worth of gap between the tire and fender/quarter.

Wait till he gets a flat and can't get the jack under it.

Supposedly he's going to raise it some soon after I've told him for however long it is he's had coil-overs on it to raise the damn thing. It constantly scrapes and rubs, I'm like it'd handle better if you raised it up an inch and straighten out the geometry some plus it'll ride better. Oh and you'll be able to pull the camber in so you're not having to buy a new set of tires every 8,000-10,000 miles... I'm all for lowering as much as the next guy, but it needs to stay streetable and even on the track you wouldn't want to go too low without shortened lower control arms to correct the geometry. I hate riding in the Genesis because not only the suspension and music but it's had the cats removed so it ****ing stinks on top of everything else. Maybe I'm just a grumpy old man.

He has some of his music I guess, I remember that song in particular. That I don't mind, at any rate much rather listen to it than all the other garbage he usually plays.

Sounds less like a camber problem and more like a toe problem if he's blowing through tires like that, or just using Nang Kang direct from China tires or some junk.

If he wants something with some punch then....
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U94eCOPY390
When I crank that up in my measly 600W RMS Mazda it feels like heart palpitations and that's without any sub laugh.gif Never muddy, always clean.

https://youtu.be/q3lpoGABH6A
https://youtu.be/o03Av-tGTok
their stuff usually beats pretty good too and has a cool sound. Great driving music I think.

https://youtu.be/r0zU2sdc3FM
also a good one that's got some low and some beats, but mostly punchy.

And one for Box
https://youtu.be/5ZxPy6fdNLY

Oh and for something that gets low low with some soul to it...
https://youtu.be/qJqKEhWXaMA
A few of their songs get unexpectedly low, good mixing and production values too, nice and clean.

Toe is in spec according to the alignment machine, camber is way out though and the inside edge cups. Of course the staggered fitment doesn't help since he can't rotate them, and they're summer tires so I guess it's not too far off but there'll be a little bit of tread left on the rest of the tire before he has to chunk them. He's used Cooper, BF Goodrich, and Falken. I think the BF Goodrich lasted the longest of the three.

Really the only rap I like is Childish Gambino and Eminem besides that meh. It's like country to me. I never understood the scene of thumping subs and not being able to hear what's going on around.

For the longest time this was about as bass heavy as my music got:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0AKJMGxwpE
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_-iUn9RnEs
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3j2NYZ8FKs
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cVikZ8Oe_XA

So by today's standards not very bass heavy at all. laugh.gif I do have Daoko though for when I want to actually push the woofers somewhat.

Speaking of spending, bought the heatshield material and some SS ties for it, $48 on ebay for both! Got the stuff that's 1/2 inch thick by 12 by 24. I figure I'll maybe need to do two over the runners. One wider up high and one narrower down where they all meet at the flange, then maybe something for the oil pan with the 2 pipe section. I hope to have some left over to do any areas further back that might get more heat like the rack or rear mount.
