So I've removed the bumper, corners, and headlights (no broken tabs luckily [knocking on wood]). I removed all the screws holding the fender to the wheel well liner and also the two bolts under the door part of the fender (as well as that plastic piece that goes around the edge in this area as well), the one at the top when the door is open, the 3 under the hood. Are there any others?! I tried to remove it, but it seems to be stuck in the middle section at the front as well as at the door area...

Im absolutely puzzled with this... as i cannot find any other screws or bolts....

It sounds like you missed the two nuts under where the low beam was located and one bolt by the door side that you access through the wheel well area. You have to look under the fender liner (its at about the halfway point between the very top bolt and the very bottom bolts). All of these are holding down brackets that are welded onto the fender. I apologize for my poor description, please let me know if you need clarification. I can get you a picture of the two nuts under the low beam, but the last bolt I mentioned is only found on coupes and hatchbacks.

Ya there's one all the way up in the nose that you'll need a long extension to get to. There's a thread somewhere on here with pics

There's one mid section, between bottom two and the top one with the door open, on the door side, but behind the fender liner.
