Look up hydraulic shops in your area we have 2 in town that do custom lines. If you can't find them like that try calling shops and see if any no of any places.

Those are cheaper than summit. Its called anplumbing.com. Better prices that summit racing. No local shops that will do the job. Plusr i would have to take car to them. Cant drive it... A custom ps line is 150 and here i only have 90 in parts. Lol.
Oh well i figured i ask. -------------------- Learned a lot in 10 years... I hardly log in anymore, last login Today Sept 6 2019, and I was forced just to clarify a post. LOL

The hardest is going to be the banjo bolt going into the PS pump. the lines on the rack are inverted flair, should be able to find those. Or you can just use your lines, cut off the hose and weld AN fittings to the hard pipe -------------------- 2001 Celica GT-S Turbo

Im getting weld on fittings too. I spent 3 hours browsing to get what i needed. Like you said hardest part was figuring out the banjo bolt. If you see mu list i have an o ring bolt. Instead of banjo. But still got the weld on crap. Unfortunately my town sucks when it comes to stuff like this. Not many places around to do it.

I'm having similar issues getting custom A/C lines fabricated. I had 5 places locally turn me away because it's automotive.

Lamont what I did for the last build was take the car to my fab shop, he cut the celica lines and then re-welded to the right shape matching the 1MZ AC compressor. no extra material was needed and he did it in about 30 minutes.
lift the car, remove the lines 1 at a time. cut the hard line at the compressor fitting, then reclocked it and welded it to the now angle. make sense? -------------------- 2001 Celica GT-S Turbo

Yes, this is what I had planned, I just have to take them to the welders shop. I'm surprised that the hydraulic and hose places turned me away just because it was automotive. |
