I have first hand experience with the kirk mounts. Very easy to put in and if you ever get tired of the harsh ride you can simply pull them out and you still have the oem rubbers. Although I did it in a way that many wouldn't by purchasing brand new oem mounts and then using the Kirks on top. If you are going to be swapping your car and using the e153 trans make sure to let him know so he sends the st205 trans mount as the gt doesn't work.
