Ok well I am having the spark plug problem ( for those of you who dont remeber or just didnt care in the first place, one of my spark plugs will not stay in the engine head which is an obvious problem!) So it happened again today and I couldnt screw it back in this time. which means I have only a few routes to take from here... Hela coil (spelled it wrong) to make new threads for the specific cylinder (if thats even an option) Buy a new (yes, or used) 5s-fe head, or swap engines. Well I have had my sights set on a 205 and turns out so has every other person swapping which means they are imposible to get a hold of. I dont really want a 185 (dont ask me why I just dont) and well didnt really want a 215 either but venus has 2 in stock.
So the question is, how dificult is a 215 swap. Would anyone really know how to do the wiring? does that top mount IC clear a gt4 hood? what other problems could there be? |

i think one of the ST215's that venus has is automatic
the wiring would most likely be different, and since wiring is usually the hardest part, treading where few people or even no one has gone before is especially hard. physically the st215 3sgte is the same as the St205, i think, except the ST205 has a w/a ic -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
