That looks like my 4-2-1 header that I had ceramic coated. The only real considerations to make with a header is the clearance you have between the oil filter and header, obviously you want to be able to do an oil change. With mine I have 1-1.5 inches space between the header and filter. The other consideration in regards to space is getting the header either ceramic coated or wrapped to prevent overheating of underhood components such as your oil filter. I went with a ceramic coating mainly because it evenly coats it and its in a section on the exhaust system that doesn't see a lot of debris. One upside that I really did like was that the O2 sensor mounts to a flange which is then bolted onto the header unlike the stock system where the sensor mounts into a bung of course this is only really good if you need to check your sensor to see if the engine is running rich or lean or if you have to replace the header. Look at some other 7AFE owners on here and see what they have done, from what I've seen this is a popular upgrade basically because the 7AFE doesn't have much in the sense of performance parts on the market.

Here's mine installed and wrapped. gives it a decent sound and a little bit more umph at the upper end.
and yeah, this is pretty much the only header that will work for the ST. sad that the corolla has more support than the celica. laugh.gif
but you will have to add an inch or two to the piping. there's a sticky for it on the forums here.

Thanks guys! much appreicated. Cheela what do you mean by, "but you will have to add an inch or two to the piping" Are you suggesting that when you installed this header, the other end of the header which connects to the pipe will have a gap that I need to fix?

I have a oil cooler mod done (I posted in this section with pcitures) So with that my oil filter protrude outward about an inch since I installed a sandwich adapter (one inch thick). So with out test fitting this header with purchasing it, there is no way for me to find out whether it will fit or not. (if it did not then I have to either reloate the filter or think of something else.

I will check other threads as well.
