You can see the oil. That's all it is, if that enough to be my problem? If so how do I fix it? Pull the distributor and replace a seal/oring?

Nah, carb cleaner won't hurt the injector o-rings. They're fuel rated rubber so a little dousing won't harm them.

It hurt mine. Though what I had on hand was some kind of "Eco" intake cleaner, that ironically hurt more than any regular carb cleaner if you got it on yourself.

To fix that leak in the distributor you would have to tear it down more and replace an inner seal the outer only seals against outer leaks. It could be causing the miss fire though. Try getting a junk yard distributor and testing it.

Went and looked at pictures of the cap and on the GT it's mounted elsewhere. Though easy enough to find, just follow the middle "plug wire". From the sounds of it you found it anyway. Should be able to find a resistance test for it online to see if that's it or not. From Googling "5S-FE P0302" it seems like a common enough issue. One guy went through and changed all of the fuel and ignition components only to still have the misfire. Possibly could be compression in that one cylinder, which is why it wouldn't hurt to check before spending a lot of money for nothing. Another possibility could be severe carbon buildup. There's literally a dozen right answers, it's just a matter of finding the right one in this instance.

Yeah the whole dozen of right answers always sucks. I'm going to try with the free stuff first. Check timing, compression, switch plug wires from a different cylinder etc. Hopefully I'll get some hints that narrow it down some.
