I have a st204 and it's not going into gears. We changed the clutch slave cylinder hoping that would solve the problem but, it didn't either. Do you guys have any suggestion or ideas on to what the problem may be?

Yes. When you start the engine it wouldn't go into gears but, when you shut off the engine then i'll go into gears.

I had the exact same issue and it turned out that the throw-out bearing spring was installed incorrectly. Here is the original post: http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=94763

Thanks mate! I appreciate the share. One question could it still be the throw-out bearing spring when the car has never been touched at all to screw it up?

swap out the master cylinder before you go and tear out a transmission. Its common for them to fail on these cars

I was actually thinking something simple first before tearing out the transmission like you say. Thanks for the share mate.

If it was driving fine and all of a sudden wouldn't shift, I would first check your fluid level and play in the shifter cables. Next I would bleed the system, and if it still doesn't shift adjust your clutch pedal to factory specs. If there is still an issue have someone watch the slave cylinder on the transmission as you start the car, it should move as hydraulic pressure builds once the motor is running. If it doesn't move when turning the motor over change the slave cylinder. If you still have the shifting issues change the master cylinder, and if this doesn't fix the problem it's time to pull the transmission and inspect your clutch and throw-out bearing.
