I hear that GSC (iirc) 3rg gen cams will work AND the 4th gen cam sensor will bolt onto it without any issue. Is this true? Any experience with that?

Yes, you can use GEN3 GSC cams if you bolt on the GEN4 cam sensor trigger wheel. The question is why? GEN4 cams are great and not a power restriction until well north of 400 whp, at which point you are doing a full build and have entered a whole different ball game. Let us know if you have any other GEN4 questions. We invented the GEN4 swap for MR2s and build over 50 GEN4 cars a year. www.primemr2.com. Have a great weekend.
