Hey, my car is reving high when the engine is hot abote 1300rpm, and when cold its 800rpm, what might be the problem? it has been this for a long time. busted tps? or its sucking up false air?

Check the idle air valve. Also a vacuum leak will cause high idle. Another possibility is a faulty coolant sensor throwing things off, but usually that'd cause issues elsewhere too. Only other thing would be MAP sensor or EGR flow being messed up, but those would also cause issues beyond idle speed.

How's it going yeah my celica will idle at 1,700 rpm , but it drives smooth i have a brand 7afe engine barely had it for 3 days . Only thing i have notice is my clutch is slipping but still driving and my check engine light is still on so wanted to know what kind of clutch kit i should get for it thats 130 or lower and if the check engine light is my o2 sensor or more

Go with the Exedy o.e. clutch kit.

Here's a link for finding codes: http://www.6gc.net/howto/determine_check_engine_light_codes
