Looking like a nice turn out, anyone know the average high octane rating in Illinois? The pig is going to be hungry, just looking to see if they have higher than 91 there.

This is the land of 93 octane, mostly E10 but out in the country some stations sell straight gas still, but those mostly sell 91 since we get 93 from the ethanol content. Sort of a double edged sword there, higher octane but a little less MPG, not bad though. You'll be fine, just pay attention as the cheaper stations usually charge the same for 91 as other stations do 93! I know the name brands usually carry 93 E10, I buy mostly BP and sometimes Shell.

I usually fill up with 98 unleaded from a local shell station that carries different race gases. I will have to keep an eye out for 93 though! This car really doesn't like anything lower than 91

Might be able to find some stations with race gas, not exactly sure what's around that area for that.

http://www.racegas.com/fuelfinder Looks like there's some around the area, Peru has 'Standard leaded' 110. But I don't think you want to run leaded gas

Noooo leaded wouldn't be fun! I'm not a big believer in octane booster but I may bring some for giggles.
