Enkei RP01, 16x8 Options

So, as ive posted in "today i".....got a set of RP01's. I was planning ahead on getting the parts required to mount these things, so I reached out to Enkei and asked what the center bore was so I can get some rings. I was told 72.6. Cool, order some hubcentric rings, but I waited untill I took some actual measurements to verify. Get them in, old rubber gone and I take bore measurements. When I measured it was about 55 mm (used eyes and ruler, hard to get a good caliper reading due to space). I decided to mount them to the hub and perfect fit.
Just wondering why an aftermarket wheel fits perfectly to my hub when most are a large bore to accommodate everyone.

All. 6gc have same hub 54.1mm

Smallest bore I've seen on wheels is 56.1 and that's to accommodate early 2000 Subaru's

I got that our hub is 54, the wheels are supposed to be 72 according to the company. Just trying to figure this out, any RP01 owners chime in.

Maybe they had sets of wheels with your sizing, that had different hub bores? Or 16x8 came with different offsets with different hub bores.

Maybe...either way its good to know I wont need rings. Just new rubber and extended lugs

The specs I have, or the factory specs? The company told me they only had 72.6 listed. But honestly, it seems like its 54.1 bore, no rings....its made that way. But Enkie says nope.

What size tires do you run on those? I went to one spot and they said that they cant install a 205/50, but can install a 205/45.

I'm runnig 205/55 now. Also used to run 195/55 before.

Thanks for the verification on the bore on yours. I just got some 205/45 put on today (BF Goodrich G Force Comp-2 A/S), they got good reviews on tire rack.
