 6gc Mr2 compatibility, parts swapping |

I know this forum is specifically for 6th gen celicas but, I have a question focusing on part compatibility between the 6gc and a 1990 Mr2. Is it possible to drop a gas tank out of a celica and put it into an mr2? Both have 5sfe motors.
I have an opportunity to buy an mr2 but its gas tank is leaking. I have a 95 celica gt which got totaled months back, everything is intact but the body damage is so much that its not worth repairing. Would the celica's gas tank fit into the mr2? |
