So I was mobbing home from work last night, (I mob my celi pretty hard all the time, 80-95) and the tranny got stuck in 4th gear frown.gif((.
I press down the clutch, to try and put the car in neutral, but the stick play is wayyy more free than normal. I just had my shifter linkage cables replaced
not too long ago, so I'm thinking that one of them is loose hopefully. I've also read other forums and some ppl suggest that it is my transmission fork that might
have gotten stuck. I haven't replaced my clutch in like 6 years so I thought right off the bat that it was my clutch. Worse case scenario is my tranny is ****ed!

This would be my second transmission replaced in this celi, so I hope its something else. Any suggestions to what it might be would be appreciated. Thank you!

later that day I got it out of 3rd, and was about to shift into 1st and second wail sitting. I can tell theres something messed up w the shifting. either the fork or the gear box
a friend was saying.

its probably not the trans, i would lean more towards linkage. perhaps a moon clip came out so the cable cant move properly.

it is possible you broke the clutch disk. Springs on the hub can break preventing the clutch from disengaging.

I don't know what mob means, but you should probably stop driving like an idiot if you want to stop breaking stuff.
Unless you don't know how to drive, I don't know how you would go through transmissions.

But honestly, it's probably your clutch. Had the issue happen on one of my old clutches where all 6 springs blew out cause it was some eBay POS.
