Would someone be able to explain me to me how I can upload a picture of my car to a thread? Thanks in advance

You'll need to upload the pictures to a photo hosting site such as Photobucket then copy/paste the img tag here on the forum. Example:
[ IMG ]http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee257/richee3/Car%20Pics/IMG_1533_zpsb9hwyrmn.jpg[/IMG] Get rid of the spaces I put in the [ img ] and you end up with this:
