 Random question, Headlights |

I've noticed in some pictures online there's small black things just underneath all 4 headlights. It seems to be more prominent with European Celicas but not really sure. I've tried to look it up but haven't had any luck and my curiosity is getting to me. I'm sure someone on here would know what they are.

Headlight cleaners, from memory they are standard option there.

Its the European front bumper, I have one on my vert. Just sprays windshield wiper fluid to clean them. Pretty nice. I like it because no one in the states really has it.
